Great Pay & Benefits

New CDL drivers can start at $24/hour! Experienced drivers can earn even more. We have a company match 401k program that can add additional earnings. We offer paid holidays and vacation time.

Year-round, Steady Work

With rare exceptions, we maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week for all our employees in the off season. Even during the busy season, we encourage a healthy work/life balance and limit mandatory overtime.

Flexible Schedules & Optional Overtime

If you want to work longer hours to earn more, we can usually offer more hours during the busy season. We maintain flexibility in our crews and can often accommodate early departures for personal appointments, etc. If you’d like some extra time off in the off season, we can often make that happen too!

Stay Active & Healthy

Our drivers have a great balance of activity. There’s no strenuous labor for hours on end or physically lifting heavy containers, but you won’t be stuck in the cab all day either. You’ll stay physically active, in and out with light manual tasks throughout the day. Something your doctor, and your loved ones, will appreciate.
